Presentopia (operating as Presentopia FZ-LLC) is an e-commerce retail business based in the United Arab Emirates. We sell a range of lifestyle accessories, novelty gifts, plush toys, phone accessories, and everyday items, catering primarily to customers in the UAE, GCC region, and select international destinations.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You are not prohibited from purchasing or receiving our products under the laws of your country or region.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change.

While we make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual product. Slight variations may occur.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased per order or per customer.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors or typographical mistakes displayed on the website.

Presentopia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for UAE orders only
  • Online payment via accepted card and digital payment methods at checkout

Your order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. Presentopia is not liable for orders that fail due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, including incorrect delivery addresses or contact details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all seven UAE emirates, GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman), and select international destinations including Egypt, Lebanon, and Australia.

  • UAE orders of AED 200.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below AED 200.00 are charged a flat rate of AED 20.00.
  • International and GCC shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • UAE domestic delivery takes an estimated 1–4 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

Presentopia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control including public holidays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's authorities on international orders.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase on eligible items.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping with no restocking fees.

8. Cancellations
