Q: What kind of products does Presentopia sell?

Presentopia is a UAE based gift and accessories store. Our two main collections are minimalist 925 sterling silver jewelry and a range of plushies. We also carry a large selection of charms for phone cases and Crocs across themes like 3D designs, cartoon characters, movies and series, animals, cars, sports, and Arabic phrases, plus Labubu accessories, keychains, car decorations, and glow lights.

Q: Is your jewelry made from real 925 sterling silver?

Yes. Our signature jewelry pieces are made from genuine 925 sterling silver, with a minimalist style suited to everyday wear and gifting.

Q: Will the product I receive look exactly like the photos?

We try to display colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur due to differences in device screens and lighting. If you have a question about a specific item before ordering, message us and we can confirm the details for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE, as well as online payments through accepted cards and digital payment methods at checkout.

Q: How will I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp once your order is placed. This means your order has been received and is being processed.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at presentopia.ae@gmail.com or +971 50 848 4669 as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders within the UAE totaling AED 200.00 or more ship free. Orders below AED 200.00 are charged a flat rate of AED 20.00.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. UAE deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days. GCC and international delivery times vary by destination and order weight.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE, as well as to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. We also ship to Egypt, Lebanon, and Australia.

Q: What is your return policy?

We only accept returns if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect. In that case, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Approved returns include free return shipping with no restocking fees.
